XF 2.3 Error when uploading big file, small files fine

Hi all, i am getting a error when i upload a big file to my resource manager. I have checked all php settings and theyre not the issue. I did read somewhere it is to do with mod_security but my control panel for my VPS does not use this. I am not to sure what to do can you please advise.

Smaller files upload fine.
I am using Cloudflare as my CDN but dont have any conflicting rules.

File i am trying to upload is 500mb
I am getting this error when upload finished - net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED - what does this mean and how do i solve this?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Ok i have been trying to work this out but it seems its just error after error.

MOD_SECURITY:

When not commented out # = net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

When commented out # = 413 (Content Too Large)

This won't work (without XenForo 2.4 or an Add-on for XenForo 2.3) if you don't have an Enterprise Plan
