I've just bought the gallery and when I go to add media to.. and chose a category I get the error below.

That sounds like you're having some sort of connection issue with your database.

In the first instance, your host may have to look into why this is happening. There may be some more detailed logs.

I think that's actually a WordPress error. This might be down to another error happening and it being masked by WP (same has happened with XF in some server configs).

The main workaround would probably be to temporarily rename your .htaccess file for WP and XF and try again, but this does require XF to not be using full friendly URLs.

Thanks Mike, I no longer use WP and had redirected the URLs to the community dir, I've changed the .htaccess and it's fixed it
