XF 1.4 Error Data too long for column 'email_subject'

Hi

We launched our new XF site (imported from vb3.8) last friday and have some email sending problems (people claiming that they don't receive alerts for threads or forums they watch).

Today we have this error for the first time:

Where does it come from : are threads title too long ?
Could it explain some of our emails problem ?

I see reference to several add-ons there, notably one related to emails.

If you disable add-ons do the errors still occur?

I just updated the Email Log add-on to v1.2 which corrects this problem.
