When I look at the image proxy log, I always see at least 1 or 2 images that are duplicate thumbnails of another image, and if I click through to the actual image, it is not the same as the thumbnail, e.g.:
The image at the top is the correct thumbnail for that URL. The image at the bottom is the erroneous thumbnail of the same image.
If I click on the link on the bottom, it now shows the incorrect full image:
However, if I click on the actual link on the details, it shows the correct image:
AFAICT this is only an error in the image proxy log - the actual images are displayed correctly.
This issue is easy to identify since you will see two different image URLs with the same thumbnail, usually within close proximity in the logs.
