Fixed Empty forums should not say they have unread messages

Hi,

when you create a new empty forum, and a guest visits the page, the "unread" icon is shown, and moving the mouse over it, it will display "Unread messages". Which is not true, since there are no messages in that forum at all.

Suggestion: empty forums should have the "read messages" icon, even for first-time guests.

I agree with this, definitely considered inconsistent behavior, sorry for the bump found this today for the first time while styling
