XF 2.0 Empty "Approval Queue"

Wha sql would I use to delete all post in the Approval Queue?

Never mind, I found the table and truncated

Which was it? I seem to have a approval queue notification without content and I'd like it gone. Kind of annoying...

where is this stored at database level so that I can empty manually?

Doing it via XenForo UI is a pain (and requires me to even de-flag the notification message every time).
Plus, there is no bulk cleanup too

they are in table xf_approval_queue on my system.
