Emoji Selector Closes When Attempting To Highlight Text

The emoji selector will close if your cursor leaves the box while attempting to highlight text in the search box. None of the other editor boxes have this behavior, they all stay open if you move the cursor out while selecting text. It's extremely annoying to say the least.

I've noticed that there are also some other menus with this same behavior. Most notably the search dropdown on the frontend and almost all search forms in the Admin CP. It's very frustrating because it's so easy to accidentally close them.
