XF 1.3 Email to moderator if someone open a thread

Hi!
Is possible to active an email notification to a forum moderator if in this forum someone opens a thread?

It would be better also if someone answer to other threads.

So there's not way to receive email notifications?

Our moderator is not H24 on the forum and she should answer to requests quickly
