XF 1.5 Email to forum-user@gmail.com failed: Could not open socket

Currently my forum running in vps server with webmin (fakeurlforum.com : IP-100.123.32.45).i want to use smtp from another server with my sub domain(mail.fakeurlforum.com : IP-200.113.32.45).i configer dns to my sub domain using cloudflare.just now i tried to use my cpanel smtp with my xenforo forums.but i getting this error anytime.

Please help me to fix this issue .

This really indicates some sort of network issue between your server and your SMTP server. It could be some sort of outgoing firewall issue, for example.
