XF 2.2 Email Confirmation Link not working

When I'm trying to register myself a new account on my forums, I successfully receive the confirmation email, but as soon as I open the confirmation link, I just get to a page telling me "Oops! We ran into some problems. Your email address could not be confirmed. Please use the resend confirmation option and follow the instructions."



My board URL should be set up correctly:

I also checked the database and found the following entry in the "xf_user_confirmation" table:


Any help would be appreciated.

I've just had a member report that they have had this message. I don't know what to tell them.

Strange. I had this problem in the past. Work perfectly now.
