XF 1.3 Email Address

This may seem like a silly question that has an obvious answer, but how can I get our email address to be contact@kh-flare(.)net like most XenForo sites out there (like here) rather than our owner's email address of [withheld]@comcast.net?

Is it just an obvious matter of creating an email with that as our email address or something else?

Depending on what you want to do, you can either set up that email address as a forwarding one to a real email address or you can set it up as a real email account. I've done the latter so that any replies I make to enquiries come from the same email address and it keeps it separate from my own.

Don't forget to change the address in two places in the ACP - Basic Board Information and Email Options.

Are you asking how to set-up @kh-flare email on your server?

I would talk to your host and give them the @kh-flare.net email addresses you'd like set up.
Your server needs to be running an email server to handle mail routing.
