Fixed Editor Issues

This happens from time to time and a refresh fixes it: (Just caught it on an add-on, but it does this on all my forums with the default editor for posts and threads).

It looks like you have tweaked the editor as well.

This also happens on xenForo.com. Chrome on Mac latest versions of both.

Never saw that either. And speaking about this, while I was rewriting the JS code of the MarkItUp Integrator, I've found this nice plugin.

This textarea autoresize (height) will work with any textarea (the one of XenForo will only work if TinyMCE is loaded).

I believe I have this fixed now. I've only ever managed to trigger it when I wasn't viewing the tab when the thread was loaded. The fixes are a little hacky, but TinyMCE does some weird things that give me inconsistent results with how I was hoping to fix this.
