Edit Post to Quote- Person isn't notified.

While on a thread, and either quoting someone or typing my two cents in, as soon as I hit "Post Reply" I get a notification saying someone has quoted me on that same thread. So to not double post and to save room, I edit my previous post, than quote the last person who replied to me. However, that last person I quoted (as I edited my post) does not receive a notification. A lot of people do not realize this, and will wonder why in most cases, when doing the same thing as I have described, why only the original person they quoted is the only one to reply. This is because the other people never received a notification.​

Now, if this can be fixed, the only thing I can think of that would cause an issue, is getting it to where the original person quoted, does not receive a duplicate notification.​

Thank you, I didn't see that earlier. So I am guessing the only thing we can do is just tag the people we quote?
