XF 1.1 E-Mails not being sent.

Hello. I am running XenForo on my dedicated server, all requirements are met.

No e-mails are able to be sent, ever. Meaning no one can reset their password.

Here is a picture of my config with my personal e-mail removed:

When I was running IPBoard on my dedicated server, mail wasn't working either. Any ideas? Do I need to install something?
