I watched an apartment tour of the new Battersea Power Station flats this week. 2/3 beds cost between £4k-6.5k per month to rent.

Absolutely insane for what you get. The 2 beds look like high end student accommodation.

Plus you look at the window and get a view into 100 more flats just opposite.
