Duplicate Drag and Drop Nodes

How feasible would it be for something like Nodes in the Admin CP to be drag and drop? Similar to what you can already do with your Netfilx/Hulu queues. Any reason, other than developing the JavaScript (which is, of course, the hard part), that this would be problematic for the admin or end users? I feel like it would be a huge time saver in board creation and development. Inevitably, other modifications that use categories and sorting would benefit from being able to do this, as well.
