did dragontech dropped this project on coding this? same goes to steve?
How are you using Downloads II ?We switched last week. Couldn't wait any longer on the promised scripts. Caused a lot of hassle in our community.
So using this addon you can do a very basic integration of pretty much anything into XenForo - be it a blog, gallery, store, standalone script, etc. Probably even vBulletin if you wanted![]()
.... and then (fingers crossed) wait for the XF Resource Manager and start from scratch.
FYI: the RM is for xenforo.com only (hopefully soon), but for distribution it might be years (or longer - absolutely no timeline) before it would be ready for other sites.
You must be kidding? So all this time we have put our hope in the resource manager and it will only be available for xenforo.com? If thats the case we really need to reconsider something else as this was one of the reasons to migrate to xenforo for us.
What nonsense.xF said it ... would take considerable work down the road to make into a xF Addon.

What nonsense.
It would already be an add-on so no additional work would be required to make it into an add-on.
Here is what was actually said, no mention of years to release it or considerable work required:
