It has responsive design which means that you can use it on iPhone/iPad and Android devices without an app.

Some people do this.

The most popular one is Tapatalk and they offer various branding options.

http://www.avforums.com/forums is a XenForo site. They have a branded app available from Tapatalk. I've used the iPhone version.

I'm not a fan of the app-based forum experience. I much prefer using my mobile browser. But the option is there.

It is not something that XenForo provides directly.
