I think it would be wise to have two buttons when saving a TM, to make it more closely like the function of the template editor.
I think there should be Save All Changes button and a Save and Exit button.
Reason being, although for the most part TMs will be simple, there is occasionally times where you're iteratively working on one, testing, tweaking etc. and one major issue if you're working with something complex is if you leave the page, you leave behind what's in the copy/paste stack making reverting changes somewhat more difficult.
