XF 1.3 Registration Not Working (Does not redirect after)

My registration seems to have broke.
When I register a new user, it either goes to a page saying webpage does not exist, or sometimes it states the email is used and later it shows the user was registered.

No errors in the server logs, any other way I can debug this issue?

Confirmed. I get "The connection was reset" upon submitting my registration.

You need to contact your host or server admin about this. Ideally the server will have logs associated with the above action.

K will get back to you when I get my hands on the logs, any idea on why it's doing this? It worked before all of a sudden it started doing it. (God forbid I have to uninstall all my addons and start over T.T)
