XF 1.5 Beta 2



With that unchecked, the member is still shown as a staff member in their profile (Moderators user group has custom user name color and css, and this is shown) and across the forum, including the user badge.

But not listed in the Members/Staff page.

In XF 1.4.8 I'm sure this worked different, that the Moderators user group styling didn't apply when this was chosen.... hmm

User groups and user group styling are separate from roles such as staff.

Remove the member from the Moderating user group and apply the permissions at the user level.
