Not a bug Display Style/Styling Priority?

Mostly a wording issue, but I'm confused about which is correct. Some places (Admin Templates, for example) uses Styling while others use Style.

Both are grammatically correct, that is why I asked. <input value> points to style while the phrase points to styling, that is why I wanted to ask.
