XF 1.3 Display newest threads on non Xenforo page

Is there a way to display the newest thread titles for each of my forums on a separate html or php page, where the titles link back to the thread on the forum?

Thanks. I did find this thread: http://xenforo.com/community/threads/latest-posts-on-your-website.8798/ but I wanted to make sure there wasnt already something built in or a plugin that was already made.
