Display all time in UTC

Hi,

Is it possible to show all time across the board in UTC, no matter what user set his timezone?

Even better if I can just add the user timezone just after the time. e.g.

UTC 29 Sep 2012 12:10 PM, your timezone is UTC+4

All times on the forum use the time zone of the current user. There is no option to change this.

I released an add on for this: http://xenforo.com/community/resources/display-utc-time-helper.1040/

This is a helper that you can use in any template.

You could just simply type into the relevant templates:

{xen:helper utctime} UTC

This would produce:

Would be quite a lot of work to do it everywhere the time is displayed but it should help.
