XF 2.2 display all posts instead of breadcrumbs to next page in thread view?

Can I have an infinite number of posts displayed in thread view instead of breadcrumbs?
I don't want members to have to click to the next page to see the next posts; instead, I want all of the posts to be displayed.

Where is the setting to control the amount of posts that are viewed in thread view?
