The error logs may contain passwords and other information you would only like to share with super administrators.

You can do this already, just don't give an administrator the View Logs permission.

Besides, I don't believe that passwords are shown in ACP error logs anyway.

Potentially sensitive information such as passwords are obfuscated in the logs before they are logged.
