You need to get the DB from MaxMind and copy it into the appropriate area (on my Debian install it's at /usr/share/GeoIP) and needs to have GeoIPCity.dat and GeoIP.dat there.Now showing this:

Doubtful you will see anything "related" to the forum software.. it's going to be more inline with the commands passed to display the map via the php (or possibly even in the JS)...
