Developers Charges

After making enquiries with my bank I decided to ask a general question.

If I were to require an addon from abroad the charges for me are £7 ($9).

Seriously? You are concerned about a few bucks of international bank charges and think developers should cover them for you?
Banks in some parts of the world are charging ridiculous costs as long as they can. I'm happy the EU killed that off. But developers have no responsibility in this.
