Implemented Denied registrations log

Hi,

With all the great spam options and API's to use and the option to deny a registration, it would be nice to have a log where we can see the denied registrations and the reasons.

This log would only have to display the denied registrations of the last 30 days. This feature can be handy to troubleshoot if a legitimate user wants to register but is denied. I hope this can be implemented.

That's what the Spam Trigger Log in 1.3 does (amongst other things, but it includes registrations).

O, I just upgraded and it was still empty, so I thought it wasn't working (I thought it was there since 1.2.5 or so ) Close this then
