Fixed Deleting the only warning action results in error

When there is only one warning action, the deletion of that action results in a

The requested page could not be found.

I don't think that's an error. What's happening is you are being redirected to the list, which doesn't exist because you deleted all the warning actions. This happens in other places as well.

Yeah I can see that. Still, it would be better to show a "There are no current actions" or something like that.

Whether it happens in other places or not, it's still a horrible experience to redirect someone to a 404 page after performing an action
