Fixed deleting a forum doesn't delete its threads

or when deleting a forum it should prompt to choose another node. that way there will be no orphan thread. (if I am on right page)

How do I clean all deleted threads out of the Database?
I'm on 1.2 RC1

I thought the 1.2 update would have this, maybe I just don't see it anywhere?

Thanks

Will you be able to provide a separate tool to find/remove orphans?
I just noticed that my database still has orphaned threads from the period when deleting a node did not delete threads.
Years old threads.

Any idea how to get rid of these orphaned threads in the database? @Mike?

Best thing to do is probably recreate the deleted node/s and forum/s, in the database change the node IDs accordingly. Then delete the nodes again. This should delete everything cleanly, including the posts and any other associated data.

I must stress, though, it's not exactly "officially" recommended to do that. You should probably test it in a test environment first. Or, at least, take a back up before doing anything, and be prepared to restore that in case it doesn't go as expected.
