well in this case I might suggest to re-name "Guest" towards "Deleted User" if you want to stay consistent....

Possibly, but it is best to report it in a new thread to possibly get more attention from the Mike & Kier.

Edit: Appears Brogan or a mod split off the discussion... Now I just sound like an idiot... haha.

It's a deleted member, so just hiding the user title seems like the best option.
