XF 2.3 delete spam cleaned users in one go

I got a large number of spammers these days, I spam clean them but they stay in my user list (why??). I can only delete them there one by one. Is there a way to either have them not listed there from the start of delete them in one go?

That would defeat its purpose and have them able to register all over again.

You could potentially create a list of unwanted names/IP/email accounts based off of the list but these days banning an ip for any long period of time and trying to maintain that list in your logs would just get long and boggy
