Hello turkey payment platform paytr we use xenforo plugin, most likely there is an error in the paytr activity with the credit purchase activity https://xenforo.com/community/threads/paytr-virtual-pos-iframe-api.199799/

XF\PrintableException: Please make the number you entered at least 0.01. src/XF/Mvc/Entity/Entity.php:1270
Created by Unknown account 10 August 2024, 6:10 PM

Additionally, I apologize if I’ve been a bother, but I have one last question. When I purchase a resource through the XenForo marketplace plugin, the payment is processed successfully, the license is issued, and everything works perfectly, including the deduction of credits. However, the credits are not being sent to the seller. Can you assist with this? I am currently working with a private developer to resolve this issue, but this feature is essential and highly requested by everyone.

This would indicate either the amount of credits earned or the purchase cost was less than 0.01. Please correct this configuration.

The credits being spent using the Credits payment profile are indeed not sent anywhere, this is working as intended.

Hello @DragonByte Tech
We have an interesting thing happening on our website:
Navigating to the index.php?dbtech-credits/ page, shows the list of transactions.
When I filter by the Target user, I expect to see all the transactions made. But no.
Only part of the transactions are displayed there.

When I go to the Transaction Log in the ACP, and filter by target user, I can see all the transactions.

How can I fix that?
Obviously, I want the user to see all the transactions that were made to him.

Thanks!!!

Front-end transactions are limited by permission checks.

Thank you,
But what does that mean?
Why can't a user see all of his own transactions,
And why can't I see them, as an administrator?
I can’t answer that as you didn’t specify what transactions were missing from the front end. For instance, if the transaction was related to a post that has since been deleted, it would be hidden in the front end.

Administrators won’t see all of them in the front end unless they have the “View any transaction” permission.

That was indeed the issue.

Is it useful to receive points every time a user upgrade is renewed with real money automatically?

I have users that have automatic recurring payments and I would like to receive points every time a payment is made.
and then they can spend the points on other user upgrades

I don’t believe that’s currently a feature, sorry.

So, when someone pays for a user upgrade, he will add points, but he will not do it on a recurring basis, right?
No points will be given when someone pays for user upgrades.

Then the points earned can be spent to buy other user upgrades, using the Credits payment profile, is that right?
If you set up a DB Credits payment profile, those credits can indeed be used to buy other user upgrades or other things that use the payment profile system in XenForo.

For moderation, especially for a thread or post, it would be nice to see a link to the thread or post for manual verification on whether it's rewardable content for the forum.

I may have some a bug. This is witch polls, it could be used to cheat the system to earn credits. Creating a poll will earn the users points, but editing a poll results in getting rewarded again for posting a poll.
