Customer info - add another user

As in VB I am able to add another member to my customer profile giving this member the same assess to my customer area as what I have. They are able to post as I am as a customer. Will I be able to do the same here?

You are able to add additional users such that they can access the forum, but you will still only have 1 login to the customer area (to download versions and submit tickets).

I don't remember if you can give other users access to your customer area, but you can associate up to 5 forum users with your license, so they can download resources, post in the support forums, etcetera.
