Custom user profile fields

Sorry if the question has been asked before, in v1.1 a planned feature is Custom user profile fields

Is there any info on how the database schema will work with this feature?
Will it be a stand alone table, with X number of columns allowing for X number of custom fields?
Or will it be more like user_id, custom_profile_id, custom_profile_id_value?

Or something entirely different?

You will be able to determine exactly how it is achieved as soon as 1.1. is released.

Is there a reason why you need to know in advance?

Writing some add-ons that are dependent on information in the user's profile fields. Trying to stay ahead of the curve. We haven't converted the forum yet because we are anticipating this one feature. We have lots of custom add-ons based on members profile responses.

As a group I think everyone is anxious to see all the improvements in the next point release. I know it's ready when it's ready.

Ya, I saw that thread and got the impression that the feature had been finished so XenForo team could further explain at how things were being implemented.
