XF 1.2 Custom user field (required) isn't showed during registration

I've created a custom user field with the "Field is required" and "Show during registration" options checked but I don't see it on the registration page.

I'm using default XF style and I've deactivated all add-ons but I still having this issue.

Do you know why this field isn't showed?
