XF 1.5 Custom User Field - Radio Buttons to Check Boxes ?

Hi All,

I imported data from vBulletin to Xenforo.

And one of the Custom User Fields I had was with Radio Buttons (only 1 choice can be selected).

Now I want to make it multi-selection (Check Boxes).

How can I do it without losing existing data ?

Changing the field type isn't possible I'm afraid.
