XF 1.4 Custom Tweet/Facebook Share/Google+ Buttons

I'd like to add some custom Tweet/Facebook Share/Google+ buttons on a custom page, with custom images. Does anyone know what code I should add to each respective image in order to enable tweet/share functionality? Thank you.

Ahh, you will have to ask in the add-on thread as there may be an option for it, or it will require custom development.
