XF 2.2 Custom Color assigned for Usernames to change color

I am trying to set individual colors for a usergroup. I want the member to have the color of the specific Usergroup. I read a forum about it and added the custom CSS but it did not work this is what it looks like:

Am I doing something wrong? Is there other coding i need to add somewhere?

Are the members of that user group in any other user groups?

If so, what is the display styling priority of the other user groups?

The styling is applied from the group with the highest value.

So the display priority is set to 1 for Chief Officer.

It's set to 4 in your screenshot.

It needs to be higher than any other group the members are in.
