XF 1.2 Css cache for style properties

Have there been any modifications on how the css are cached for the style properties options? On my dev board, when I change a style property, it's not effective immediately unless if the browser cache is deleted or if I save again the related css template. I don't remind XenForo 1.1 was working like this, but I'm not really sure.

Are you using APC or Memcache?

I was using Xampp (on win7), so I don't think there's any cache optimization. I've had a quick look inside the php.ini and didn't find anything, but I'm really not good at this.

There haven't been changes since 1.2 beta 1, but those changes were just cache structure changes, not changes in when the cache was updated.

@RoldanLT was right I think, I've tested on my live board and everything is working as expected. Sorry for this.
