Fixed Description error for Style Properties with names of more than 41 characters

This is tweaked for 1.3. The phrase title length is increased a bit and style property name lengths are limited a bit. Hopefully this shouldn't break backwards compatibility. The only case where it would is if a style property name is >60 characters. If you had a style prop as part of an add-on, you would've run into this bug, so the only other case would be a style-specific property.
