Fixed Creating new Thread Field during Forum creation

Not sure if this is a bug or just a workflow issue.

I was adding a new forum node and when creating the forum it gives the option of adding thread fields. Clicking to create a new thread field then leaves the create forum page without creating the forum.

I was assuming once I'd saved the thread field I'd end up back at the create forum page which I'd already largely filled in but I didn't and had to fill the create forum form again from scratch.

If the creating thread field link takes you away from the create forum page, it should at least ask for confirmation on whether to save the forum first or not.

I guess not really a bug, per se, but I think we'll just hide that link when creating a forum and only show it when editing (you'd potentially have the same issue, however, if you'd made a number of edits to the current forum and clicked the link).
