As designed Create thread on resource manager does not display image

When create a thread automatically is selected the thread post contains the image title and not the thumbnail or full image.

Is it possible to enable BB code for images in quotes?

or to make the image in the resources code that would work?

Or to prevent it using quote tags when it auto posts the thread?

Attachments only render in the original content using the [attach] tags.

Elsewhere they need to be embedded using bb code.
