XF 1.2 Corrupt DB

So I had a large forum running, but neglected it for some time. When I went to it last night to try and revive it, I noticed spammers have went nuts, 50k per spam bot.. I figured it would be quite a bit of time to clean, but started to try.. When I clicked on delete it gave me SQL errors..

I went to repair the DB but it seemed corrupted.. ALl data was there, as I can click user profilers, messages.. It all worked seemed to be the backend.. Thats when I went to my backupserver to restore some DB backups.. But since it been quite some time, all of the DBs seemed hosed..

So I tried to do an upgrade today hoping it would rewrite those tables.. But it said with a missing table right away.


What do you guys think my best options are at this point?

My guys I hired said tables have been wiped by data is in tact..

It's not clear what the status of the installation is now.

Is it viable?
Are you still trying to restore a backup and upgrade it?

What were the SQL errors you were receiving originally?
