Fixed Copy/move a moderated post to a new thread does not preserve if the post is moderated

In XF1; if you copy/move a post that is moderated to a new thread; that post's visibility state is also copied. If it was the first post then the resulting new thread is also moderated.

In XF2; this results in a visible thread or a visible post.
