Fixed Moving a post to a new thread results in two news feed entries: "replied to the thread" + "posted the thread"

1. Use the moderator tools to select a single post in an existing thread
2. Click "Move posts..."
3. Keep "New thread" selected
4. Click "Move"
5. Open the profile of the user whose post you just moved (tab "Latest Activity")

What actually happens: There are two news feed entries: "User123 replied to the thread" (created when the user posted the reply) and "User123 posted the thread" (created when the post is moved).

What should happen: Ideally there would be only a single "User123 posted the thread" entry, i.e. the "User123 replied to the thread" should be replaced. I'm not sure how feasible that is.
