Copy files from one machine to another

Does anyone know easy way to copy all the files from /home/ folder to another machine keeping permissions and folder structure same?

If you use rsync you should encrypt it with OpenSSH to add encryption (included in all Linux distros). Maybe this helps: Using rsync over ssh
