Hi all,
Does anybody know of an add-on that does the following:
When someone posts a new thread in a specific forum, it automatically creates a copy of that post and adds it to an already existing thread?
Use case: During the upcoming transfer window in football/soccer, I'd like to have a thread with confirmed transfers (thread 1) and one with rumours (thread 2). There will also be a thread for generel discussion (thread 3)about both the confirmed transfers and rumours. So the posts in the rumour-thread should be copied (automatically is to prefer!
) to the generel discussion-thread.
So a post in thread 2 is copied to thread 3 and no-one is able to comment in thread 1 and thread 2, as they're for a quick overview of what is going on.
I know I can create a copy of a post manually, but we normally have a lot of posts during these transfer windows, and I do have a job to attend to as well
