XF 2.1 converting [video] code to [Media] after import from vb4.2

How do I change the video links in all the old post so xenforo displays them . As I said in the other thread I had an add on that converted media to embed automatically before VB updated to do it, I cant remember now what the original format would have looked like or if i reverted it long ago . What I got is (edit better to just capture screenshot)
so every instance has a unique tag and it does not import as embedded.
some of them are evidently including other options but being embedded on the vb install. There are some other media sites embedded but pretty rare so ones you tube and facebook media are the only problems.

note just discovered that if I edit a post , change nothing and save it the video embeds and leaves a artifact with the beginning code[video=youtube;uzgBD2wysuI]

but converts the closing

it also cleans up all the garbage part of the url but leaves the artifact so question become how do I edit every post ? or is there a better way?
